I have been visiting Michelle for treatment for 6 weeks and suffering with alopecia areata for the last 14 years. Losing all my hair 10 years ago after just having max of one or two 5p holes. The first main shed 6 months after birth of my daughter this grew back after 3 years, at stressful times I would lose lots of hair. I have had various forms of treatment most so painful and either offering none or very short lived results the pain wasn't worth it. Wearing a wig on and off for the last 10 years. My hair grew back during the pregnancy of my second child 5 years ago until separation with the kids dad 4 years ago. Since either dormant/coming back in patches. After visiting Michelle for facials we got talking about my hair I thought why lets give it a go. Treatment is very straight forward and painless. Results in 6 weeks but after 2 my headed responded. I am so happy and finally Ive founded something that works. Areata is unpredictable, with this treatment finally I'm on path to keeping it a bay.

Michelle was recommended to me by a good friend – but I hadn’t had anything like this done before, so I didn’t know what to expect. Michelle made me feel so calm and comfortable, and explained everything in advance, so I wasn’t nervous at all on the day. She was so thorough and professional when measuring and drawing my new brows – she made sure everything was perfect before she began the microblading. She even picked the best colour match for my hair – and my new brows look so natural! I can’t recommend Michelle enough – my wonderful new brows have really framed my eyes and I feel amazing, even without makeup on! It’s brilliant to have perfectly shaped brows without standing there for hours trying to do it myself – and where I had overplucked over the years, I hardly had any hairs left at the outside edges… but Michelle corrected all of that. The after-care instructions were simple and the little of pot of branded healing cream was a lovely little thing to take away with me too. Everything was done with such professionalism - I’m so impressed… so I’ve already booked my mum in to get her brows sorted too!

I’ve never had anything like this done before, so I was a little nervous to say the least. Michelle is really professional, explained everything to me before hand and throughout the procedure. The surroundings were lovely, very clean and comfortable, with relaxing music playing in the background. I had my eyebrows and lips tattooed and the whole procedure was completely painless and fuss free. I’m delighted with the results and will definitely be using Michelle again. So, I finally plucked up the courage to get my eyebrows professionally tattooed today by my gorgeous friend Michelle Louise Downes. To be honest, I was terrified they'd come out like two great big slugs! But I have to say that I'm super impressed at how natural they look. I'm very fair with sensitive skin and had literally no eyebrows before. I wanted the natural hair strokes, the whole process was really easy and virtually painless after the first few tiny scratches (I'm a real wimp!). All I can say is yeay to never having to buy eyebrow pencil again! It's the little things in life. Thanks Chelle Belle, I love them.
